Which plan is right for you?

Pick the plan based on three things: how many assets you actually need to track, whether more than one person will use Ample Control, and whether you need exports and branded reports for inspectors, insurers or accountants.

Free exists so you can try the workflow with no risk. Five assets is enough to model the most critical part of your operation — say, the cardio equipment in a gym, the gas appliances in a property, or your fire extinguishers — and decide whether the rhythm of reminders and document storage works for your team.

Control is the right plan for most single-site small businesses. Fifty assets covers a typical independent gym, a workshop floor's machinery, a small portfolio of rental properties, or all the fire safety items in one premises. You get full reminders, document storage and QR codes, but you're the only person using the account.

Team is the right plan when more than one person needs access — a manager and a technician, an owner and a fire safety contractor, a landlord and a letting agent. It also adds compliance checklists with a clean audit log, branded exports, and the option of a custom subdomain. Two hundred and fifty assets is generous for most small operations.

When you'll outgrow a plan

The clearest signals are: you're hitting your asset limit and starting to bundle records into one asset to save space; you've started emailing screenshots to colleagues because they can't log in; or you're rebuilding the audit log manually in a spreadsheet because the plan you're on doesn't include checklists. When any of those start happening, upgrade.

Billing details

• All paid plans are billed monthly in USD. Annual billing is on the roadmap.
• VAT and other local taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing address.
• You can change plan, update card details and download invoices from inside your account.
• Cancellation is self-serve from your account settings — no email required.
• Downgrading or cancelling never deletes your data. Asset records beyond the new plan's limit become read-only until you upgrade or remove some.

Plans for charities, schools and clubs

We offer reduced pricing for registered charities, state-funded schools and small community sports clubs. Email hello@amplecontrol.com from an organisation address and we'll set up a discount on your account.

What about enterprise?

Ample Control is deliberately built for small teams (typically 1–25 people). We don't currently offer SSO, custom contracts, dedicated account management or procurement-friendly enterprise pricing. If you need those things, we're probably not the right tool yet — and we'd rather say so than try to sell you into the wrong fit.
