Private beta notice
Ample Control is currently a private beta product. This is a working-draft privacy policy and will be replaced with a full policy before general availability. During beta, please avoid uploading highly sensitive personal data unless you are comfortable with the current controls.
Data we collect
Account details (name, email), workspace data you create (assets, documents, checks, reminders, fault reports), and basic usage analytics to improve the product.
How we use data
To operate Ample Control, send reminders you've configured, secure your account and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
Storage and access
Documents and asset records are stored privately in workspace-scoped storage and are only accessible to active members of your workspace. Public QR fault-report pages intentionally show only the minimum needed to submit a report (asset name, category, location) and never expose member names, emails, documents, history or notes.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time. Contact privacy@amplecontrol.com for requests.
Compliance
Ample Control helps you organise records and reminders. It does not by itself guarantee legal or regulatory compliance — you remain responsible for meeting any obligations that apply to your organisation.
